Nursing Salary and Benefits
Our Nursing Salary Scale is aligned to the NHS pay scales, but give you the opportunity to progress through them more quickly depending on your contribution to nursing and the business, including your performance.
Newly Qualified Nurses - will join on £22,500 rising to £24,000 after serving one year during which time the Company will support you through your Preceptorship.
Staff Nurses - After the first year all nurses will enter onto level 2 of our Nursing Salary Scale. Salaries range from £24,000 to £32,500 across 4 Nursing Levels and you would join at the level that reflect your experience, knowledge and abilities. There is scope to earn beyond £32,500 for the right specialist experience and knowledge.
Unit Leaders - Responsible for a Unit within a Hospital, you will demonstrate strong leaderships skills to manage the client and staff groups. You will have the opportunity to earn up to £35,500.
Newly Qualified and Staff Nurses will also receive a Special Lead Payment of £800 per year in our Hospitals.
Salary levels will be discussed as part of the recruitment and offer process.

Nursing Referral Scheme:
Ludlow Street Healthcare Group believes in rewarding staff who help the continual progression of the Company. Once part of the Company you are therefore eligible to receive up to £1000 for successfully referring a fellow nurse who then joins the team.
