At Ludlow Street Healthcare we recognise that the contribution of our staff is key to the journey to recovery our clients are on. We are therefore always looking for ways to involve them in what we are trying to achieve and celebrating their achievements.
- Recognise a Colleague Scheme
- – Staff that are successfully nominated by their colleagues for delivering excellent client service, living the Company values, or simply for being a great colleague can receive up to £100 in vouchers
- Staff Suggestion Scheme
- – Suggestions received from staff are regularly reviewed and where possible implemented across the business or at the appropriate unit with the best ones eligible for a prize.
- Employee Referral Scheme
- – If you work for LSH you will know what it takes to succeed here. We therefore believe that our staff are the best recruiters we could work with and so take great pleasure in rewarding them for the referral of people who we subsequently employ. We pay up to £1000 per referral (dependant on role)
- Pathways In-house Magazine
- – On a quarterly basis our in-house staff magazine updates everyone on the great work that they do, highlighting achievements across the units.

Attendance Bonus

Staff that recognise that good attendance
supports our value of teamwork, have an excellent attendance
record, and meet the entry criteria are entered into a random draw
each month. The winners receive a £500 award to do with as they wish.
