Ludlow Street Healthcareis an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation. As a result of further expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint Support Workers within Ocean Community Services, Cardiff.
As a Support Worker you will support adults with learning disabilities and behavioural problems and to help in providing a fulfilling environment where clients can develop to their full potential. Previous experience of working in the care sector or a secure environment is desirable.
This post is for 37.5hours per week worked flexibly Monday to Sunday. Shifts will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays. The company is committed to supporting every individual member of staff with a development programme that will enhance their current skills set and knowledge.
