Ludlow Street Healthcare Group is an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation. We are recruiting for a Registered Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of Heatherwood Court, Pontypridd and its resources and budgets and ensure compliance with the regulatory framework.This will be achieved by ensuring the highest quality of service is provided for the clients through their care planning process and that unit staff are encouraged and supported to achieve their full potential.
You will ideally be a qualified RMN and will have a Registered Managers Award with previous significant experience of working in a management role in an appropriate mental health care service and demonstration of a meaningful working knowledge of relevant legislation.
