Conway House is group home offering our clients the opportunity for more community-based independent living, but with 24 hour care. It is based in Cardiff, South Wales.Our Team is dedicated to improving the lives, self esteem and independence of all the people in our care. If you would like to be part of this exciting development we are recruiting for Support Workers.
Normal working week is 37.5 hours worked flexibly Monday to Sunday. Shifts will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
