Ludlow Street Healthcare is an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation that provides specialist care, education and treatment services for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and other specialist care needs.
We are recruiting for experienced Staff Nurses (RNLD) to work in a small 10 bedded care home. As a Staff Nurse (RNLD), you will have experience of working in a challenging environment as a qualified Registered Nurse in Learning Difficulties. This role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, where you are responsible for the assessment, formulation, implementation and evaluation of person centred care plans. You will also carry out all relevant forms of clinical care as instructed. You are there to support other qualified staff and the unit manager in the management and clinical supervision of staff on the unit and to provide support for staff in stressful situations.
You will have experience of working in a challenging environment as a qualified Registered Nurse in Learning Difficulties.
