Ludlow Street Healthcare Group is an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation. We are currently recruiting foraSupport Worker for Caerau Mnaor, part of Ocean Community Services, in Newport.
As a Support Worker you will support adults with mental health and behavioural problems and to help in providing a fulfilling environment where clients can develop to their full potential. Previous experience of working in the care sector or a secure environment is desirable.
Normal working week is 37.5 hours worked flexibly Monday to Sunday. Shifts will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays. The company is committed to supporting every individual member of staff with a development programme that will enhance their current skills set and knowledge.
